# IRON-DAD — Web R04 / Design D02 release checks

Recorded 2026-09-20. No Cloudflare account deployment was performed.

## Executed website checks

- **200 core browser-fixture assertions passed**: 30 page/viewport render combinations across 1440, 820 and 390 pixel widths, plus cockpit, mechanical viewer and retained-site interactions.
- **13 standalone/renderer checks passed**, including exact self-contained HTML initialization, failure modes, faceplate visual effect, no external assets and responsive layout.
- **68 source/CAD/schema checks passed**, including unchanged P01 geometry/report/archive, all 50 CAD exports, positive watertight original meshes, grounded print meshes, strict telemetry examples, local targets and fragment IDs.
- **35 build/HTTP checks passed**, including explicit-origin canonical/social metadata, rejected malformed origin, final build with no invented public hostname, byte-exact HTTP assets and route/404 responses from the supplied local preview.
- Actual browser-triggered PNG downloads were opened and measured: cockpit 1920×1080; hinge 1600×1000.
- Node JavaScript syntax and static source checks passed. No font files or backend entry points are bundled.

The per-case JSON records are in `tests/r04/` in the source ZIP. Historical R03 records outside that folder are not new R04 evidence.

## Browser scope and limitations

Browser URL navigation is blocked by the environment's administrator. Presentation tests therefore inline the actual local HTML/CSS/JavaScript in a browser DOM fixture; production files keep normal same-origin asset URLs. For the older embedded lab only, the fixture substitutes postMessage target origin to accommodate about:blank. Exact standalone HTML is also tested using set_content, not a file:// navigation.

The D02 viewer used its **Canvas2D fallback** in this browser. WebGL is implemented but was not exercised. No live Cloudflare security headers, redirect behavior, GPU-specific performance, mobile touch hardware, actual audio output, AR optics, real camera/sensors, electrical load or wearable behavior is certified by these tests. Run the included after-deployment checklist on the real hostname.

The local HTTP checks use a Python client and the supplied Node preview server. They do not work around the browser policy and do not emulate Cloudflare CSP or redirect processing.

## Actual D02 mechanical evidence

15 original single-solid components; 15 part STEP + 15 part STL + 15 bed-translated STL + 5 assembly STEP files. The guide, carriage and leaf follow a prescribed 35 mm slide then 100° swing. **136 sample positions × 6 selected pairs = 816 pair checks**, no sampled intersections and 0.5 mm minimum selected clearance.

This is NOT an all-pairs or continuous collision sweep, strength/fatigue test, safety certification, physical sequencing interlock, production pin retention design, human fit or independent-exit proof. The index pin is omitted during movement. No assist spring is installed. P01 full-body geometry and its original unresolved collisions / rejected spring arrangement remain unchanged.

Post-export check caught small OCCT bounding-envelope offsets in printable meshes; those copies are now grounded using the actual triangle bounds and the source exporter repeats that correction. This does not change original bench or full-body geometry.

## Provenance and current limits

IRON-DAD is the project identity. The original DaDave Thingiverse model is credited as Justin's existing costume/reference. Its source meshes and license were not obtained here; no redistribution or conversion of them is claimed. The HUD is original presentation artwork, not an optical-FOV model. The Cold One Protocol remains a captive-dispenser concept, not a built or exported mechanism.
