# What remains after R46

## Digital geometry
1. Match the remaining named source files/connected regions, including cases where the assembled surface is only a subset of a thicker source file.
2. Resolve alternate and duplicate files into a definitive retain/replace map.
3. Repair open boundaries, self-intersections, nonmanifold edges, and micro-fragments.
4. Add intentional inner walls and clearance rather than automatic blanket thickening.
5. Define printable splits, keyed seams, fastener bosses, strap anchors, growth interfaces, and manual release geometry.

## Human registration
6. Capture actual K2 body measurements or a scan; register joint centers, sightline, reach, padding, clothing, and movement envelopes.
7. Check don/doff and power-off extraction using an off-body fixture before any supervised wearer review.

## Manufacturing evidence
8. Orient every part for the selected printer, document supports, generate slicer estimates, print coupons, and measure dimensional error.
9. Validate surface finishing, coatings, flex, impact, thermal behavior, retention, edge treatment, and hardware pullout.

## Electronics and controls
10. Integrate the chosen electronics cassette and forearm modules into the actual registered shells, then compile/bench-test the firmware and session-aware telemetry.

R46 materially reduces the unknown placement problem. It does not replace physical fit, print, movement, or safety evidence.
