# What remains after R47

## Geometry and source coverage
1. Finish source-to-K2 registration for the unregistered source families listed in `K2_R47_ALTERNATE_FILE_RESOLVER.json`.
2. Decide retain/replace/discard for alternate source files before adding them to the wearable assembly.
3. Convert the remaining registered source regions into true final shells with deliberate inner walls, edge returns, gasket/foam allowances, and keyed split lines.
4. Review the R47 neck cap manually in CAD/slicer view before printing; it is a digital closure candidate, not a sculpted production repair.

## Manufacturing
5. Turn the Z0 orientations into actual slicer profiles with supports, seam positions, infill/wall counts, print times and expected mass.
6. Print dimensional coupons, then revise tolerances from measured PLA/PETG/TPU behavior.
7. Add part quantities, left/right labeling, bed batches, hardware sizes, fastener bosses and strap-anchor reinforcement.

## Fit and safety
8. Register actual K2 body measurements or a scan, including joint centers, head/helmet sightline, clothing, padding and growth envelope.
9. Build the off-body fixture and record don/doff, extraction, strap slip, edge contact, heat, cable snags and movement interference.
10. Keep electronics and lighting bounded and removable until shell fit and emergency extraction are proven.
