R47 repairs the one open registered source export, copies the verified closed exports forward, orients every registered source part to Z=0, and catalogs all original source families so the remaining alternates are no longer hidden.

What changed in this pass

  • Repaired neck_pt1 with two auditable boundary-loop caps.
  • Generated repaired/source-linked STL candidates and build-plate-oriented Z0 STL candidates.
  • Added print-prep CSV/JSON manifests with dimensions, topology status, hashes and estimated solid-equivalent mass.
  • Cataloged all four source archives and separated pending alternates from registered anchors and non-armor hardware.

Boundary kept honest

R47 is still digital manufacturing prep. It does not claim slicer settings, successful prints, child fit, strap retention, thermal behavior, electronics safety, impact resistance or supervised wearer validation.
