Extracted from the supplied assembled suit.
The source scene—not a primitive proxy—defines the component lineage.
R46 maps 18 original named DaDave source files into the R45 registered scene, moves each complete file into the common K2 coordinates, and produces 30 traceable exports with measured transform evidence.
SOURCE-PART REGISTRATION PASS · 29 / 30 WATERTIGHT EXPORTS · NOT CHILD-FITTED OR PRINT-QUALIFIED

R45 extracts 81 connected source regions, creates only the missing opposite sides, and registers 135 open component surfaces. R46 layers named-file placement proof on top of that baseline without pretending the unmapped regions are complete.

The source scene—not a primitive proxy—defines the component lineage.
Where both sides existed, R45 preserves them rather than replacing one with a mirror.
Every generated counterpart records its source component and side.
The registry records bounds, triangles, zone, side, material, derivation, and SHA-256.
R45 assigns red or gold to complete connected components. The browser lab can isolate all 11 zones, explode them from the common datum, and switch between signature, neutral, and zone palettes.

Fourteen local binary STL files preserve zone and material identity without a third-party runtime.
Open the R45 mesh lab ↗The component exports are faithful open surfaces from the assembled reference. R45 records that state instead of relabeling them as finished shells.
Every component loaded and passed the winding-consistency check.
These are reference surfaces. Closure, wall generation, and repair remain future CAD work.
Small regions remain in the lineage record rather than being silently deleted.
Every component fits a 400 × 400 × 450 mm volume under some axis permutation. That is not orientation or print-success evidence.
Whole-component assignment replaces R44’s position-based triangle slicing.
No body scan, cavity, padding, movement, retention, extraction, thermal, or child-worn validation is claimed.
The envelope is exact for the digital outer reference assembled by R45. It does not define the interior cavity or the space required by a real person, clothing, padding, motion, wiring, fasteners, hinges, straps, or emergency removal.

The growth slider, chest cassette, manual-release tab, soft-carrier anchor, NodeMCU carrier, and OLED bezel remain independent studies. R45 does not pretend they are installed into the registered skin.

Use R46 for named source files and transform evidence. Use R45 for the full registered outer-surface scene, browser zones, and complete component lineage.
