MAKE
BELIEVE.
MAKE IT
METAL.

One dad. An unreasonable idea.
A very real human at the center of it.

Building an articulated, assisted metal suit around movement, independence, and a future augmented-reality helmet.

01 / THE IDEA

NOT JUST
A METAL COSTUME.
A WEARABLE SYSTEM.

The armor should follow the human.
Not the other way around.

Thin cast-metal skin. A separate assisted frame. Accessible electronics. Padding that has its own space. And a way to get in—and out—without a pit crew.

LIFT.
THEN
SWING.

Move the panel away from overlapping armor before rotating it. A four-part, two-stage access study—not just an animation of a door passing through its neighbor.

THE DETAILS
MAKE IT REAL.

New subsystem parts. Editable CAD. A plan for the unglamorous things that make a wearable machine usable.

04 / BUILDING IN PUBLIC

THE RECEIPTS
ARE PART OF THE BUILD.

A striking render is not a working machine. Inspect what was actually checked—and what still needs work.

ALL THIS.
AND A CUP HOLDER.

The optional beverage module is a hand-removal can cradle. No pressure. No projectile. Just an absurdly elaborate way to bring a drink.
