All six pairs among the four gate components, at 60 selected poses: no positive intersection volume recorded after revising the panel position.

These counts describe digital samples, not independent participants, continuous collision testing, or a physically demonstrated suit.

The broader estimated mannequin exposes underarm issues. Multi-axis mechanisms and a verified path to the ground remain incomplete.

The direct elbow-anchor candidate spans 178.7–273.1 mm eye-to-eye in the original sampled geometry and reverses the sign of assistance near 126°. No commercial spring or force was selected.
The separate five-part tabletop elbow study records 136 positions from 0–135°, with no modeled upper/lower intersection and a minimum computed distance of approximately 0.486 mm.
Those are different assemblies. The tabletop result does not validate the wearable elbow, manufacturing tolerances, spring assistance, or a human-bearing joint.
