The fork collision was real.
So was the revision.

An earlier 3D version let the panel strike the fork during rotation. The revised panel starts beyond the pivot. Its final four-part screen found no positive overlap in 60 positions, checking all six unique part pairs.

No pin, latch, fasteners, guards, hand, clothing, cable sweep or load deflection was included. These results do not clear the original full-body model.

One optional piece of extremely important equipment. The physical concept is a passive, hand-removal can cradle—not a launcher.

The bench coupon exists. Wearable mounting, retention, spill routing and grasp clearance do not. Start with an empty can on a stand, away from electronics.

Fit the access mechanism to real shell edges. Add a sequencer, stops, guarded grips and service paths. Then recheck the moving assembly around measured human and hand envelopes.

The full-suit load path, shoulder mechanism, deep-elbow interference, independent exit and casting tooling remain open.
